Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Parties and acceptance

These terms apply to all event owners and guests using Ricordly. By using the platform, you accept these terms.

Description of the service

Ricordly is a platform that lets event owners collect photos from guests via a QR code or link. Photo count, storage, and upload-window limits apply according to the selected package.

Account responsibility

The event owner is responsible for the confidentiality of their account and for the content they publish on the event page (name, welcome message, cover photo).

Guest uploads and rules

Guests may only upload photos they own or have the right to share, and that comply with applicable law. Content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or shared without the explicit consent of third parties may be removed by the event owner or the platform.

Intellectual property

Rights to uploaded photos belong to the uploader. Ricordly only provides hosting and display for the duration of the event; photos are never used for advertising or any other commercial purpose (see Privacy Policy).

Service limits and interruptions

Package quotas, upload window, and retention period are shown at the time of purchase. Ricordly may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or technical necessity, with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ricordly is not liable for losses arising from force majeure, third-party service outages, or user error.

Termination

Access to an event or account may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site.
