Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Ricordly. Email: support@ricordly.com.

Buyer: the individual identified by the name and email address entered at checkout (“Buyer”/“Consumer”).

2. Subject of the agreement

This agreement governs the sale and performance of the digital service (event photo package) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Ricordly platform, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Key characteristics and price

The name, scope (photo and storage limits, upload and retention period), and total price of the purchased package are clearly shown to the Buyer at checkout before the order is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes.

4. General provisions

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information at checkout. The order is concluded electronically once payment is successfully completed, and the Buyer may be notified by email.

5. Performance of the service

The service begins to be performed once the event is made “live” (the QR code and guest upload page are activated) following payment confirmation.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its formation, without giving any reason and without penalty. However, because the service is performed instantly and electronically, the Buyer loses the right of withdrawal from the moment they explicitly confirm at checkout that performance should begin immediately and performance actually begins (the event is activated).

If performance has not yet begun (the event has not been activated), the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by emailing support@ricordly.com, and the amount paid will be refunded in full.

7. Default and competent authority

For disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent.
